Return Policy for 90 Packs - 30-day Money Back Return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Policy for 30 Packs - 10-day Money Back Return request must be made within 10 days of the delivery date.
If you are not satisfied with our product, email us at info@aojiruusa.com or contact us at toll free 1-877-265-4785 to obtain a "return number". The products must be returned within seven days after receiving the return number to the address provided below.
50% of Ryokko Aojiru packets must remain in a box for a refund. If two or more boxes were purchased, and if the boxes are opened, we refund only the amount of one box. The second and remaining boxes must not be opened for refund. We do not refund shipping fee. Customers will be responsible for shipping fee when returning the box.
